Argentina Customer Potato Spiral Brush Peeling Machine + Sorting Line Case

Recently, our sales colleague Rachel followed up with a customer Carlos from Argentina. Previously, Carlos had ordered a potato pre-processing line from Joyshine, which included a conveyor elevator, a spiral brush peeling machine, and a sorting line, mainly used for washing, peeling, and manually sorting potatoes.

 

 

 

During the follow-up, Carlos shared that the equipment is running very well. The whole line can consistently process around 800 kg/h, and he is very satisfied with the cleaning and peeling results. He also sent Rachel a video of the machines in operation, clearly showing his satisfaction and excitement.

In the video, you can see the potatoes continuously rolling in the spiral brush, with dirt effectively removed and skins peeled evenly. The potatoes then moves smoothly to the sorting line. The flow between each process is seamless, and the overall operation runs without interruptions.

 

Carlos also mentioned that the equipment only requires some minor adjustments according to his practical work, which do not affect overall operation. So far, the line has been running quite steadily, achieving around 800 kg/h, with the potato washing and peeling results meeting his actual production needs.
