As a first-time investor in complete food processing machinery, Mr. Karen's team had several practical concerns: How would the specific starch and sugar content of local Armenian raw potatoes affect the blanching and frying process? How should the workshop's water, electricity, and exhaust piping be arranged for an automated line with multiple linked machines? Among various supplier quotes worldwide, whose complete processing solution would best fit his specific site conditions?

To address these concerns, Bella coordinated closely with Joyshine's technical engineers to provide targeted support. The team fine-tuned the process parameters based on raw potato data provided by the client and drew a detailed Workshop Layout Diagram based on the actual site dimensions, clearly marking connection points for water, power, and drainage. Bella also promptly provided parameter specifications to clarify technical details regarding PLC automation control, blade wear, and routine maintenance.

After thorough technical evaluations, Mr. Karen officially placed the purchase order at the end of May.

Upon completion of machine manufacturing, Mr. Karen visited the Joyshine factory in person for final inspection and test running. Accompanied by our technical team, the complete 500 kg/h automatic french fries line underwent full material trial runs. From washing and peeling to cutting, blanching, and continuous frying, the production line operated smoothly, with finished fries meeting the expected standards in both color and texture. Mr. Karen expressed high satisfaction with the build quality and test results, confirming the final shipment details on site.

From initial technical alignment to factory trial runs, we are truly grateful for the trust and support of Mr. Karen and his team. Joyshine will continue to oversee the upcoming shipping and provide onsite installation guidance to help our client smoothly launch their french fries processing business.
