100kg Semi-Automatic French Fries Production Line Shipped to Turkey | Joyshine
September 09, 2025
Recently, Joyshine completed the production and assembly of a 100kg semi-automatic French fries production line, which has now been shipped to a customer in Turkey. The project was followed up by our sales colleague Abbott, who worked closely with the customer to customize the solution. The goal was to help the customer increase production capacity and product quality, meeting the growing demand in the local frozen French fries and foodservice market.
Customer Needs and Communication
The Turkish customer is expanding their food processing business and was looking for a production line that could reduce manual labor, improve product consistency, and ensure stable quality. After understanding the customer’s production goals and factory conditions, Abbott recommended a semi-automatic French fries line with a capacity of around 100kg per hour. The customer approved the proposal and confirmed the order.
Process Flow and Equipment Highlights
This French fries line covers the complete processing cycle from raw potato handling to final freezing:
The process starts with brush roller washing and peeling, manual sorting, and cutting to ensure clean raw materials and uniform strip sizes. It then moves to bubble washing and blanching, which remove residues and help maintain texture and color. Next, the fries go through dewatering and frying, giving them a golden and crispy finish. The line continues with residue removal and air drying, which keep frying oil clean and reduce surface oil on the fries. Finally, the fries are sent to freezing equipment, locking in freshness and quality for storage and distribution.
This integrated process not only ensures consistent product quality but also reduces reliance on manual labor, enabling the customer to produce frozen French fries efficiently and reliably.
Delivery and Outlook
The 100kg semi-automatic French fries production line has passed quality inspections and has been carefully packaged for shipment to Turkey. Once in operation, it will help the customer supply frozen French fries steadily, serving both the local foodservice industry and export channels.
For Joyshine, every delivery is not only about supplying equipment but also about building cooperation based on professionalism, trust, and long-term partnership. We will continue to provide remote technical guidance, installation support, and after-sales service to ensure smooth operation and long-term performance.
