Recently, Joyshine Machinery welcomed Mr. Youssef and Mr. Ahmed from Morocco for an on-site factory visit. Prior to this, Youssef had engaged in several rounds of online technical discussions with our sales representative, Camille, regarding the 1T/h fully automatic French fries production line. The purpose of this visit was to conduct an in-person inspection of the equipment's craftsmanship and verify the feasibility of the integrated solution for their local market.
Accompanied by Camille, the two partners inspected the entire production flow, including washing, peeling, blanching, frying, and freezing units. For a high-capacity 1T/h project, the long-term stability of the machinery is paramount. They closely examined the welding quality and verified the specifications of the food-grade SUS304 stainless steel used throughout the line.

At the potato cutting machine, the team spent considerable time discussing the blade structure and durability. They explored how to adjust cutting sizes (such as 10x10mm or 12x12mm) to meet specific consumer preferences in Morocco. This flexible adjustment scheme was a key focus of the on-site technical discussion.

Later in the office, Abbott presented live-action videos of the 1T/h line operating with actual product, demonstrating the seamless material flow between stages. Addressing concerns about automation and energy efficiency, Abbott provided a detailed analysis and offered practical suggestions for their factory layout, including drainage and wiring. This face-to-face consultation provided the partners with a clearer expectation of the project's implementation.

The visit concluded with a group photo in the lobby. This in-depth communication allowed Youssef and Ahmed to gain a direct understanding of Joyshine's manufacturing standards. Joyshine remains committed to providing robust food processing solutions and looks forward to providing comprehensive technical support for this 1T/h project in Morocco.
