From First Contact to Project Plan
The Ivorian customer first reached out to Joyshine through online channels, looking for equipment to expand their potato processing capacity. Their goal was clear: produce high-quality french fries while keeping investment cost manageable.
Our sales colleague Abbott took charge of the communication. He carefully discussed the customer’s requirements, from daily output targets to the freezing process. Based on this, Abbott recommended a semi-automatic french fries line — a cost-effective solution that ensures stable performance, ease of use, and future scalability.
Why Joyshine?
The customer compared several suppliers before making a decision. In the end, they chose Joyshine not only for the robust build and performance of the machines, but also for Abbott’s professional communication and clear explanations. These gave the customer confidence that Joyshine could be a trustworthy long-term partner.
Delivery Completed
After strict production and inspection, the semi-automatic french fries line has now been packed and shipped to Côte d’Ivoire. The line includes:
Washing and peeling machine – for clean and uniform raw material preparation.
Cutting machine – producing evenly sized french fries.
Blanching and dewatering equipment – improving texture and reducing excess moisture.
Batch fryer with deoiling unit – ensuring golden, crispy fries with less surface oil.
Cooling and freezing system – preserving quality and extending shelf life before storage.
Looking Ahead
This french fries production line will soon be installed in the customer’s factory to supply frozen french fries to restaurants and food distributors across Côte d’Ivoire. Joyshine will provide remote guidance and after-sales support to ensure smooth installation and reliable long-term operation.
