We will feed material from the deeding machine and get the tissuse state by inflating the material and the machine battel must be high temoerature, high pressure and high cutting. The materisl can be sterilized by the high temperature and high pressure and make the product safe.Advantage

This equipment has the wide material, multi-shape products and flexible collocations. We can produce the different products according to the different models and collications.
Raw material:
Wheat flour, corn powder, rice powder and other grains powder.
Products:
This extruder is suitable for producing puffing snacks food, bread crumbs, breakfast cereals, corn flakes, artificial rice, modified starch, baby rice powder, and dog pet feed and so on. The products have various types of shapes.
Features of double screw extruder
1.Made in China by adoption of Swiss technology
2.Derect coupling between motor and gearbox, reducing energy consumption.
3.Feeding, cutting and main drive all adopt frequency control of motor speed system with strong powder with strong power, stable aperformance and low consumption.
4.The screws are made from alloy materials by special technology. Sectional combined screws are suitable to wide range of materials. The screws have longer lifetime and self-cleaning function.
5.The automatic lubrication system lowers the energy consumption and prolongs the lifespan.
6.Double screws feed equal materials forcibly.
7.Cutting device uses hanging type die seat and linear bearing knife adjusting system, making it safe, accurate and fast in adjusting knives.
