Shoestring Fries Fully Automated Production Line:

Shoestring Fries are ultra-thin potato sticks with a typical cut size of 2×2 mm or 3×3 mm. Compared with regular frozen fries, they have a smaller diameter and larger surface area, which requires higher precision in raw material selection, cutting, and production line coordination.

Cutting Machine

Blanching

Air Drying Line

Shoestring Fries can be processed with seasoning or freezing, depending on customer needs, or both.
 
Seasoning
Fries can pass through a seasoning drum for even coating. Gentle tumbling ensures uniform flavor coverage, and seasoning can be customized according to client requirements.
 
Freezing
For products requiring frozen storage or long-distance transport, fries can be processed through IQF freezing, preserving shape, texture, and extending shelf life, suitable for bulk storage and shipment.
