On June 8th, Joyshine Machinery welcomed Mr. Rahman, a customer from Bangladesh. Planning to invest in a potato chips and french fries production line locally, he visited our factory to check the actual operation and processing quality of the complete equipment setup.
Mr. Chen and Selina accompanied Mr. Rahman throughout the day in the workshop. Starting from the brush washing and peeling machine, we went through all the core equipment along the processing flow, including the blanching machine, frying machine, de-oiling machine, and seasoning machine. We also discussed the capacity and material details of each machine in depth.

During the inspection, Mr. Rahman focused most of his attention on the cutting stage. He noted his need for a highly versatile line that could process multiple product types, including flat potato chips, crinkle-cut chips, regular french fries, and crinkle-cut fries. To demonstrate the machine's flexibility, our technical team performed live testing on our high-performance cutting machine, switching through several different blade discs sequentially.
As the machine started running, freshly sliced potato pieces continuously fell into the basket. Mr. Rahman picked up the wavy potato chips straight from the bin to check their uniform thickness and clean edges. Seeing that the output was precisely cut with zero burrs, he expressed great satisfaction with the processing quality and gave our team a thumbs-up. Following this, our technicians disassembled the internal cutter head structure on-site, showing him how to quickly change the blade discs for different shapes during daily operations.
After reviewing the entire processing line and confirming the successful testing results, we returned to the meeting room to discuss further details based on Mr. Rahman’s specific requirements. A preliminary equipment configuration plan for the complete potato chips line was successfully settled on-site.

The project is expected to officially launch around this August. The entire Joyshine team is fully prepared to provide solid technical support for his upcoming factory setup in Bangladesh. Before his departure, Mr. Chen, Mr. Rahman, and Selina took a group photo together in the workshop to commemorate this productive visit.
Whether it is a potato chips line, fruit and vegetable washing setup, or IQF freezing equipment, Joyshine Machinery provides professional factory-direct customization and live testing support.
