Recently, a business delegation from India (hereinafter referred to as Mr. Kumar and his team) visited Joyshine’s factory to inspect our 1000kg French fries production line. With the rapid growth of the frozen French fries market in India, local processors are in urgent need of efficient and stable equipment to expand capacity. This visit was a significant step under that context.
Our sales colleagues Will and Abbott warmly received the delegation and accompanied them throughout the tour. The team carefully observed every stage of the French fries processing line, including potato washing and peeling, cutting, blanching, dewatering, frying, deoiling, drying, and IQF freezing. Mr. Kumar’s team spent extra time at the continuous fryer and IQF freezer, taking photos and discussing technical details in depth.
During the visit, the delegation raised specific questions regarding the automatic French fries machine, focusing on automation level, energy consumption, and cleaning methods. Will and Abbott provided detailed explanations and live demonstrations, showcasing Joyshine’s expertise in energy efficiency and production stability.
Mr. Kumar and his team commented that the visit gave them a much clearer understanding of Joyshine’s R&D and manufacturing strength. They highly recognized the efficiency and stability of the frozen French fries processing line, and noted that the 1 ton/hour line could not only meet their current production needs but also support future expansion.
